If you’re not sure what to do with your yard, don’t worry, we’ve got you. At Rueda Landscape, we’re here to solve your outdoor problems and frustrations while creating a space you’ll love!
I’ll start by getting to know you. We want to understand your needs, lifestyle, and goals. Then, I’ll get to work reimagining your your yard into a space that is both beautiful and functional. We take care of everything in-house from meeting with you, designing your landscape, to building and installing your new outdoor space.
How it works
How it works
A. Schedule a call (15 mins)
Filling out the form and scheduling the call, will help us get introduced and begin the process of seeing if we’re a good fit.
B. site visit (30 mins)
We’ll continue the conversation to make sure I understand your needs, lifestyle, and goals. Then, if we’re both excited to bring your yard to life, we’ll get started.
A. site survey (30 mins)
While still at the site meeting, after the design contract is signed, I’ll head outside to take measurements, snap some images, and check your soil.
B. design meeting (45 mins)
After the initial design concept is ready, we’ll get together to go over it, look at some samples, and discuss options and pricing.
c. sign contract + Make 1st payment
You’ll sign the construction contract at which point the first payment of 25% will be due.
A. scheduling
We will begin scheduling construction as soon as the Construction Contract is signed and the first payment has been received. Start dates will be pending any necessary HOA approval and necessary permits.
B. Construction Detailing
A full set of construction details will be created for all structures as well as a necessary grading plan.
c. HOA + Permitting
The design documents can be used to get permission from your HOA, and we’re happy to field any further questions they may have. During this time, we’ll also get any necessary permits.
