I’ll start by getting to know you. We want to understand your needs, lifestyle, and goals. Then, I’ll get to work reimagining your yard into a space that is both beautiful and functional.

A. Schedule a call (15 mins)

Filling out the form and scheduling the call, will help us get introduced and begin the process of seeing if we’re a good fit.

Landscape Design in Beaverton Oregon

A. site visit (30 mins)

We’ll continue the conversation to make sure I understand your needs, lifestyle, and goals. Then, if we’re both excited to bring your yard to life, we’ll get started.

B. siGN CONTRACT + MAKE 1ST PAYMENT

You’ll sign the design contract at which point the first payment of 50% will be due.

c. site survey (30 mins)

While still at the site meeting, after the design contract is signed, I’ll head outside to take measurements, snap some images, and check your soil.

Landscape Design Blueprint

A. DESIGN PREVIEW (30 MINS)

After the initial design concept is ready, we’ll get together to go over it, look at some samples, and discuss options and pricing.

B. Construction Detailing

Once the design preview has been approved, a full set of landscape design plans will be created detailing all hardscaping and softscaping (plants).

c. HOA + Permitting

You’ll be given the design documents that can be used to get permission from your HOA, given to the landscape company of your choice for installation, or you can use them to DIY your new yard.
